Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a separate processing time for each item.

Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. Today, the majority orders will be sent within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, as we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and our storage. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order is out of stock after the order has been placed.

The period of time is 30 days. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed since you purchased your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

The item cannot be used and in the original packaging. It must also be in the original packaging.
